1st Pumpkins

First day back

A good friend of mine gave me some advice when he heard I was pregnant. He said "Enjoy it because it goes fast, the days are long but the years are short." Today is my first day back to work... it feels like they were born yesterday, where has the time gone???

I'm posting these pictures because they make me smile and I think it's exactly what I'll need when I'm sad.

Crafting Ladies

Thank you Karen and Courtney for watching the girls while I made the "keep your grubby hands off my kids" cover. It was so nice to take an afternoon and craft, I couldn't have done it without you both. Thanks!!

I've noticed that perfect strangers feel the need to come up and touch the girls. When it happens I always feel a little uncomfortable. Can I say, "Please don't touch my kids. I don't know where your hands have been?" Well, if you are me... no you can't say that - not even in a polite way. But what I did do is craft up a "keep your grubby hands off my kids" cover.

A Great Visit

We had such a nice time visiting with Great Grandma Joyce and Great Grandpa Del from Florida. The girls spent the whole day in great company!

Our Nurses
