To infinity and beyond!

For Amelia and Emma's third birthday, we celebrated with Woody and Buzz. The girls are slightly obsessed with Toy Story so what better theme for their party this year. Here are a few of the details of the big day:

Nono said this was the ugliest cake she's ever made, but it fit's with the theme so Mom loved it!

Yeahyah made the girls buzz lightyear cakes!

Planet Pizza decor while we ate pizza.

Sign on the front door, same as the one in the movie.

Toy Story Pez party favors.

Army men surrounding the perimeter.

A year of photos.

Yeehaw!

And the best part of the decorations??

The bounce house that got delivered the day before the party!
We (i mean the girls) got to play in it for two straight days!!!

Anna being a pretty awesome cowgirl!

I wonder what UJ is talking about here, Uncle Joe looks scared.

Whhooo's so cool?? Uncle Mike and Muyly!!

Decorating watermelon cakes

 "Decorating" watermelon cakes

Two little masterpieces.

See food.

 Pin the tail on Bullseye.

Time for presents!
Translation: Amelia you open presents, I am in the middle of a thing with Woody.

New sneaks, chalk, and bubbles!

I'm not into this Woody, it's just you and me!

Now this looks like an interesting toy!

Surrounded by love.

Finally, a bullseye for Woody to ride!

This is what it's all about!

Music shirts from our favorite music teacher!

And a recorder too!!

I'm just playing with my friends, who know's what Amelia's doing!

Strutting her stuff!

Hanging with Grandma Debi and Great grandma Eunice

 Love my Yeahya!!

Nono's first time EVER in a bounce house!

Shannon's having way too much fun.

Best. Day. Ever.

UB even tried it out!

Thank you so much to everyone, near and far, who celebrated the girls third birthday with us. These little munchkins bring us so much happiness and we are so lucky to be surrounded by an amazing group of family and friends.

Christmas in July

In July, while most of our family and friends cruised the Caribbean, we decided to take the girls to the beach for a long weekend. It was a much needed break from the chaotic summer!!

Taking our fortieth trip to the water.

Collecting rocks. Still loves to collect anything!

 Cleaning her collection.

She wears her shades so she won't get caught people watching.

 So sweet.

Mommy remembers getting beach donuts as a child, so glad the girls also enjoyed them!

Well, they at least enjoyed the frosting and sprinkles.

Hey Pa, I know this is a brand new floor. We thought it needed some decoration.

Mom and dad even took us crab fishing!!

Watch your toes, don't want a crabby to get them!

Professionals.

Mean mugging the little boy who caught all of the crabs!

Luckily, the little boy shared crabs with us. Yup.

 Daddy Crab.

Mommy Crab.

Baby Crab.

 "So cute"

And to bring us back to reality, a little pee puddle in daddy's beach chair.

A trip to the Carousel!

She is thinking about her strategy for winning the brass ring.

No time for pictures mom, we need to focus on the ring!

And no beach vacation is complete without an italian ice from Vecchitto's!

Rewind

We are back and ready to fill you in on everything from the last five months! Mom has been really bad about keeping up the blog, but she has actually been good about taking lots of photos. Here we go!

Fall Fun

Mom is so behind on updating this blog... alright, let's be honest... Mom is so behind on life right now. She promises to give a good update on everything once the semester is over! But for now, this photo sums up what our life is all about right now. We LOVE the leaves. And the thing we love most about them? We collect them!! We are super silly and love that we always have a friend to play with.
