One night, while putting the girls to bed, I was laying next to Emma.
Mom: Emma, you are the little spoon.
Emma: And you are a fork.

One afternoon while Amelia was belting out "Let It Go" from Frozen:
Amelia: Let it go, let it go....
Mom: Amelia, you have a beautiful voice.
Amelia: Thanks I made it in my throat.

One afternoon with Nono. Nono is drinking a soda.
Emma: Nono me have some?
Nono: Oh, I don't think your mom would like that.
Emma: Well, my mom isn't here.
