Let's be honest, our mom is a little nuts-o. Once our swing set was complete, she felt it needed a few homey touches.

Some touches not featured: A chalk holder, an open/closed sign that matches the fabric, wall to wall carpeting on the lower floor, and she is currently looking for a welcome mat.

Splash park

One beautiful afternoon Yahya offered to bring the girls to the splash pad for some fun. Momma would have much rather been here than at home doing homework!! It looks like they had a great time :)

Yahya I think its safe for you to sit here, you won't get wet at all!

Free Festival

This summer we discovered an annual local festival that had free games, face painting, and bounce houses. What could be better than that? A free festival with Anna and Cate!

Pirate Fest

When Yahya and Mommy heard the Pirate Festival was coming to town, we knew it was an event we wouldn't miss! We had a great day of axe throwing, pickle eating, a parade, dancing, face painting, and the people watching was fantastic!
