Girls what do you want to be for Halloween?
"Mikey and Donnie, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles!"
So Momma combined two of their favorite things, tutu's and turtles!
Their costume was complete with turtle shells and the evil Shredder!

This fall the girls had a book club at school and I bought this book for them:
They were so excited listening to the story one night,
I decided to pick them up from school the next day and head to a local orchard.
First we picked apples.
Next we tasted them!
And tasted them again.
And tasted even more.
Then we peeled and cored the apples.
And made our very own pie crust.... don't be too impressed,
we only did this because the store was sold out of the pre-made kind!
Then we tasted the filling.
And covered it with a crumble top.
And watched it bake.
we tasted the ice cream!
And decided that ice cream was the best part!

Choosing a painted pumpkin - they went with a purple horse and purple ballet slippers.
Both included purple feathers and jewels, it was really a no brainer.
Pulling the wagon.
Amelia fearless on the slide.
"I'm just a little bit nervous"
Having fun with daddy.
The B barn.
Emma climbing through the tunnel.
Awesome balloon butterfly!!
MMMmm, enjoying fresh cider and warm apple donuts.
Typically people take their photo here.
Our kids decided it was a stage and decided to do a dance instead.
It's okay to take this for a ride, right mom?

This year we decided to get the 17 day pass! It was amazing and we will probably do the same for 2015. Needless to say we went a few times and probably gained about 20 lbs each.
We are ready for our first day at the fair!
We got to see Ang playing in the Italian band.
We experienced one of mom's favorites, NH corn on the cob!
We played with legos in the CT building.
Mmmm fresh squeezed lemonade!
And this happened.
Get up nice and close girls.... thank god the cow is plastic.
The night isn't complete without a giant pickle!
We had a great day with Angela at the Fair!!
On a separate visit, Yayah got us these adorable rolling backpacks!
And another visit, Amelia did the giant yellow slide!
Emma decided that was too many stairs to climb so we took selfies instead.
Funny faces with Egg Head.
Catching beads - gangster style.
Two sweet girls.
1 lb meatball. Did I say 20 lbs.... make that 25 lbs!!
It was soo delicious!
And one more trip with mom's friends from school! We rode a bear!!
And a really fast car!
And Amelia talked them into riding the big slide with her too!!
